Chase Adds $15 Monthly Door Dash Credit to Sapphire Reserve

The Chase Sapphire Reserve currently has a few DoorDash benefits each month but they aren’t as easy to use as you would hope.

Currently Sapphire Reserve cardholders receive the following:

• Two $10 monthly credits for eligible grocery, retail, and other non-restaurant orders

• Complimentary DashPass membership valued at $120 a year

Starting on October 1st, cardholders will receive a new $15 monthly credit for all eligible DoorDash orders. This is a huge improvement as it doesn’t have any stipulations on how you can use this credit.

Previously, I wouldn’t have included the non-restaurant DoorDash credit as a useful benefit but with this new addition, it should be pretty easy to get close to face value on the new credit.

The new $180 in credits certainly help offset the huge $795 annual fee on the Sapphire Reserve.
